The Role

We are looking for a Consultant to join our Strategic Advisory practice, with a focus on project delivery.

You will take ownership of significant components of project delivery, leading workstreams, developing high-quality outputs, and helping to drive projects forward. Working closely with senior colleagues, you will contribute to the overall direction of engagements while ensuring the detail is executed to a high standard.

This role is suited to someone who is proactive, thoughtful, and comfortable operating with a high degree of responsibility early in their career. You will be expected to think independently, contribute ideas, and manage your work effectively in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.

Over time, you will take on increasing responsibility for coordinating projects and engaging directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver workstreams across strategic advisory projects

• Conduct detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis to support client recommendations

• Develop clear, structured, and high-quality client deliverables (presentations, reports, frameworks)

• Translate complex information into concise, practical insights for senior stakeholders

• Contribute ideas, perspectives, and hypotheses to shape project direction

• Support the coordination of projects, including timelines, priorities, and deliverables

• Identify gaps, risks, or areas requiring further analysis, and take initiative to address them

• Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail across all outputs

• Support client communication through clear, professional, and responsive engagement

• Monitor industry trends, best practice, and innovation across global sport

• Contribute to internal knowledge development, tools, and methodologies

About You

• Genuine interest in sport, performance, and organisational excellence

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability - able to structure ambiguous problems

• Proven ability to take ownership of work and deliver to a high standard with limited oversight

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to express ideas clearly and concisely

• Good judgement and maturity, particularly when handling sensitive or confidential information

• Proactive and self-motivated - comfortable working in an unstructured environment

• Demonstrates independent thinking — brings ideas and perspectives, not just execution

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain momentum

• Collaborative and team-oriented, with a willingness to support where needed
